Position: Customer Service, Operations Oversight and Account Management

Hours: Monday - Friday (Sunday available too if desired): 2pm - 10/11pm (whenever the night finishes . . . )

Location: This is part IN OFFICE and part WORK FROM HOME.

Pay: $500 per week starting (Quarterly bonuses based on performance available). Raises based on performance and reliability.



Garment Valet is an innovative web-based laundry and dry cleaning delivery service. We cater to the Boston area and also

recently launched our NYC division. Customer place orders via phone or online, we pick-up, process, and deliver-back the

next day. We are very service oriented and want to cater our customers every preference.



Day 2 Day responsibilities:

+ Answering phones calls to take orders, sign-up accounts, field questions

+ Manage the incoming and outgoing email through the main "info@xxxxx.com" inbox

+ workout customer complaints, solve problem tickets

+ Work with the local operations managers to communicate on behalf of the customer

+ Close the operation virtually each night

+ Place outgoing calls to new customers and customers who have stopped using the service

You will work directly with the owners of the company and learn much about growing a business. As we expand into other cities and call volume increases, you will have the opportunity to manage others in similar positions or free-lance customer service reps who are paid per minute.



Training:

The reason this job is posted in Boston and not virtually is because you will need to undergo 3-weeks of training in our Boston offices.

+ Experience in salesforce.com would be great, but not needed.

+ The ability to pick-up the phone and manage your responsibilities in a non-noisy environment during the hours on-call.
