We have summer camps, schools, a magazine group, web search engines and a conference center. Each industry has a slightly different customer base with their common denominator being children and families.

Our existing marketing team consists of a Media Director with over 2 decades of varied experience, two videographers, a photographer/designer and now we are looking for a programmer.

Qualifications -

Must have experience in Flash Actionscript 3.0, HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP.NET ideally, MySQL and SQL, XML, XSLT Javacript. Some Ruby and Python, Flex and Ajax a plus. This is not a learn on the job situation. We are a 100 employee company and your skills will help determine if we stay at 100 employees or grow as we have planned.

We are a fast moving environment where the days will fly by and you will be challenged to do your best and then better. But the rewards of a job well done will be evident as you see the excitement and energy that exists at Pali Mountain. You will have to experience it to believe it.

Garment Valet is an innovative web-based laundry and dry cleaning delivery service. We cater to the Boston area and also

recently launched our NYC division. Customer place orders via phone or online, we pick-up, process, and deliver-back the

next day. We are very service oriented and want to cater our customers every preference.



Day 2 Day responsibilities:

+ Answering phones calls to take orders, sign-up accounts, field questions

+ Manage the incoming and outgoing email through the main "info@xxxxx.com" inbox

+ workout customer complaints, solve problem tickets

+ Work with the local operations managers to communicate on behalf of the customer

+ Close the operation virtually each night

+ Place outgoing calls to new customers and customers who have stopped using the service

The reason this job is posted in Boston and not virtually is because you will need to undergo 3-weeks of training in our Boston offices.

IF you are a current student, you would preferably be doing a business or marketing major. Needs to be interested in marketing and learning the ropes. Responsibilities will include preparing sales presentations, drafting business/sales letters, social networking, website reviews, etc..

You MUST be proficient in Powerpoint, Word and Excel, and must be able to create slideshows in powerpoint.

Will pay per hour so please state what you would like per hour in your cover letter.

You MUST have your own laptop equipped with all the Microsoft programs and WIFI.

Most work will be done at our location but you will be allowed to complete some work from home occassionally. For the first 2 months, we will only need you for about 5 - 10 hours a week. Hours will increase once you become familiar with the work.
